John Gulzari came to Australia as a refugee in 1999; he couldn’t speak, read or write English.  His love and passion has always been in real estate, he bought his first property in his 20s. He is an astute property investor with substantial investment portfolio.

To date, Mr. Gulzari has had 10 years of property investment, management, buying & sales experience on and off field. he believes real estate is “very safe & sound and prudent” investment and is a best kept secret of the rich & famous.  Best of all its tangible asset which you can “See, touch, smell and can feel it”.  Mr. Gulzari resigned from his higher paying job to pursue a long-term career in real estate.
An entrepreneur, extremely business minded, started many sucessful businesses over the years, like driving school, finance broking, trasportation business and  ACN Telecommunication.

John's philosophy is simple to “Keep customer for life”.  He is honest, ethical, trustworthy, hardworking and goal-oriented.  Mr. Gulzari believes “Honesty is the best policy”, good with people and numbers.  He has mastered the art of negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

Gulzari has real passion for helping others achieve their goals. Because of Mr. Gulzari comparative youth, multi-lingual & muti-cultural background he is ideally suited to negotiate with the diversity of groups of poeple such as generation X and Y personality types, as well as migrants and refugees we deal with in the Greater Dandenong reagion of Melbourne south Easter Suberbs.

In the past 10 years despite his full-time job, study and other commitment, he has been volunteer fire fightrer, first aid provider, fire evacuatior  health and safety officer, and recently volanteer to teach Afghan refugee women how drive and get a license an initiative of Association of Hazaras . Mr. Gulzari is doing all these to give something back to community.  His hobbies include traveling, learning languages, gym, jogging & walking, reading books.

Gulzari graduated with Diploma of Business (management). Full Estate Agent License, Accredited Business Broker, Accredited Mortgage broker.  He is a member of Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) and also Mortgage and Finance Institute of Australia (MFAA). He has won “Top New Agent Award” for Listing and Settled sales for 2008 with the (Professionals Real Estate Group Victoria-wide).

John believe Greater Dandenong was, is and will be “City of Opportunity”.  As proud Australian citizen he is grateful for the privilege of living in such a “bountiful country” where “success is only a matter of choice”.
